The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Condolence: I was so sorry to hear of Victors passing. I know that he was the patriarch of the Smida family. I know that he was family central, and he will be missed. He was a wonderful father and husband, and was strength and kindness epitomized in his children. I know in his last year, Paul counted on his dad for all of these things. He is not gone, but will always, always live on in all of your hearts and memories.
