The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Helen Hunt can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Peacefully at Extendicare Port Hope on Thursday November 16th, 2017 in her 94th year. Helen Crowe, beloved wife of the late Dr. Ernest A. (Pete) Hunt. Loving mother of Barbara Heary (the late John), Jane Hunt, Peter Hunt (Therese), Heather Curtis (Richard), Robert Hunt (Laurie), and Rosemary Campbell (Kyle). Grandmother of Kristine, and Matthew Heary (Melanie), Emily Becker (Russell), Helen Curtis, and Lindsey, Jordie, and Kylie Campbell. She will also be missed by her 7 great grandchildren.
Service will be held at St. John’s Anglican Church, Port Hope, on Saturday December 2nd, at 12 noon with visiting one hour prior.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to St. John’s Anglican Church or The Port Hope and District Health Care Foundation, or Community Care, or The Port Hope Public Library may be received at www.rossfuneralchapel.com
