Peacefully at Fosterbrooke, Newcastle on Tuesday March 6, 2018 in her 94th year after a brief illness. She has gone to be with her dear Cy after 47 wonderful years of marriage. Mother of Jimmy Churchley (Chris) of Collingwood. She will also be missed by her grandchildren. Dear sister of Margaret Heard (the late John). Special aunt of Doug Heard (Melanie) and Wynne Edwards (Denis). Great aunt of Carly, and Celeste Edwards. Cousin of Kennedy Gray (Joyce) of Orono. Brother – in – law of Dr. Frank Churchley (Anne) of Kamloops, B.C.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday March 10, 2018 at 11 a.m. at Port Hope Union Cemetery.
The family would like to express their deep gratitude to all the wonderful staff of Fosterbrooke Nursing Home for their care and compassion.
