Rowden, R. William “Bill”
Peacefully at Northumberland Hills Hospital, Cobourg in the loving presence of his family on October 5, 2017 in his 96th year. Sweetheart of Jean Lacey for over 70 years. He will be forever missed by his children Linda Sweanor (Paul), Barry (Sandy) and the late Gayle. Dearly loved by his grandchildren Nicholas, and Sarah Sweanor, Jeremy Rowden (Julie), Brian Rowden (Brittney), and Jennifer Wishlow (Ron). Blessed with 2 great grandsons, Damion and Gavin Rowden.
Service will be held at The Ross Funeral Chapel, 135 Walton St., Port Hope on Wednesday at 1 p.m. with visiting two hours prior. Due to family allergies they would appreciate a scent free environment.
A heartfelt thank you to the caregivers Jeanette, Pauline, Jennifer and the VON nurses.
